Currency All orders are processed in British Pounds (GBP). If you are purchasing from outside the UK, your bank will convert the transaction to your local currency at their current exchange rate.

2. SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Estimates
How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes Repent Clothing (operated by INNOWAVE MOBILE SOLUTIONS LIMITED) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Lost or Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and contact us immediately at info@repentclothing.co.uk so we can file a claim.
